Terms & Conditions — UpStartInterns

Terms governing participation in UpStartInterns virtual internship programmes, including task review, the 30-day default completion window, the student-settable alternatives of 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months, and extensions. Internship is completely free. A nominal fee of ₹99 supports platform maintenance and administrative services. Certificate purchases are optional. Certificate-credit bundle pricing and included credits are shown before checkout.

Referral cash rewards are available only to students registered in India after both certificates are claimed. Each qualified referral has a 99.99% standard draw and a 0.01% maximum draw (1 in 10,000), capped at ₹30, ₹60 or ₹100 by tier. The selected result is permanently stored, not rerolled, credited to earned balance, and paid separately by periodic UPI payout.
